Note: It is always best to use the CAOT Labs to complete any work in GDP; however, if our labs are closed the ACCL is available in Franklin Hall 201.
Initial Log-On  Return to top of page
Double-click the GDP Standalone icon to launch GDP; or in Windows, click Start, Programs, Irwin Keyboarding, GDP Standalone. Fill in the same name and e-mail address you use on campus
Remember that your name, log-on password (GDP on campus only), and e-mail address must be identical at the second location or these steps won't work properly.
  • GDP will launch and check for Live Updates. If you are prompted that a live update is available, be sure to download it so that your software is always current.
  • The How To Online Tutorial starts. Click the numbered buttons at the bottom of the screen to complete the tutorial and click Exit when you're done. Import your work from your floppy disk as explained below.

Note: The next time you log in, just fill in your password.
