Unit A describes the Internet as a collection of networks.    The Internet is a large collection of computers all over the world connected to one another. It is one of the most amazing technological developments of the 20th century.   The World Wide Web is a subset of computers on the Internet that has helped make Internet resources available to people who are not computer experts.
